I can’t seem to get my imagelabel behind my frames and or text labels, even if I put it into a frame, and I also have a higher zindex on the frames/textlabel, but even if I put 10 more it doesn’t work.

If I understand your question correctly, elements inside other elements are always rendered on top of them.
Your best bet would be to keep them separate and then ZIndex them so the ones render on top of the other ones that you want.
