Frames shrink when rotated at 90 degree angles within a square container

I’m sorry if this is already a reported issue or if the title is ambiguous, I don’t really know how to verbally describe it.

(Video explaining)

I believe it is due to the aspect ratio constraint as deleting that makes the shrunken bars return to there correct size.

Recreation steps (I just tried this in a brand new place):

  1. Create a frame, you can keep the default 100x100 or just make sure it is square
  2. Place another frame within it
  3. Have this frame have a rotation of a multiple of 90 (0, 90, 180, etc)
  4. If you resize this new frame to be under a SCALE of 0.011 on the X axis it will become much thinner compared to the exact same frame rotated differently

Expected behavior

It scales equally no matter the rotation
