Frames within the scrolling frame cannot be scaled

Hello, I have a scrolling frame that is scaled. It contains a frame, but it can’t be scaled. All other elements in the scrolling frame can’t be scaled either.

you don’t need it use all time unless just something is wrong with UI position or size in different devices resolution
