Hello, I am the creator of a game called “backrooms drift”, currently, i am working on a halloween update but during the creation of the new cars, my friend had notified me that my “Free Candy” van could get the game banned?
Is this true, here are some images of the vehicle.
Would it be safer to remove the “Free Candy” text or is this fine?
I would just remove the free candy text because it would look really good even without it

Do I think you’ll get banned? Probably not. Though knowing roblox’s crappy moderation, I wouldn’t take any chances. If I were you, I’d make the game on an alt account and take my chances that way since removing the text kinda ruins the fun of the van. Do whatever though.
having watched the video, this guys interpretation of the candy van is largely contrasting to mine, my van doesnt include any clowns nor the “free candy” text anymore, so im pretty confident i should be alright, and if thats not the case, im sure roblox support appeal will understand.
I would say removing the Free Candy text would be better to be safer. The van still looks how it’s supposed to for a scarier theme.
