[FREE] Trace | Admin Panel, Moderation & Protection

Protection. Moderation. One workspace.

Trace brings movement detection, player moderation and staff tools into your Roblox experience. See what happened, review the context and decide what happens next.

Recent activity, reports to review, staff online and server access. Your starting point for everything happening in your server.

Review teleport, speed, fling, flight and noclip detections. Inspect the reason, replay recorded movement and tune settings for your game.

Warnings, mutes, kicks, bans and player history in one profile. Reports, staff notes and audit logs give your team useful context.

Keep the conversation close with Trace Chat. Assign custom roles and permissions, manage active servers and send announcements.

Find a command, pick a player and take action. Search, suggestions and keyboard controls, with commands limited to your permissions.

Setup notes

Configure staff roles and test detection settings against your game’s legitimate movement before enabling stricter automatic actions. Movement exceptions support mechanics such as portals, vehicles and launch pads.

Experience-wide bans require Players.BanningEnabled. Test your setup in a published test server.

Feels… AI.

Why is there no video of it in action? Why is it on Google Drive and not Github?

While this project is free to use, it isn’t open source. I’ll have a video showcasing it ready soon

And then I may immediately ask; why utilize a closed source tool when there are not only older but more trusted open source alternatives?

If source auditability is a priority, an open-source alternative may be the better choice. Trace is free to use, but it is proprietary; its focus is bringing the admin panel, moderation history, and movement detections into one workfow.

That didn’t explain why I should use this over the aforementioned open-source alternatives, in fact, all it has done is take away more trust from this system as I have no idea if it has harmful functionality that I am completely unaware of.

Trace offers an integrated admin, moderation, and detection workflow. That won’t replace source transparency, and I understand if that’s a dealbreaker for you.

I’ll put together a video tomorrow as it’s already 10:30 PM here.

And that still hasn’t provided a reason to utilize “Trace” over any other alternative, why should I use this if those features are already in significantly more trusted alternatives which likely too run better as per the robust work that has gone into them over the years?

I’m offering another option, not claiming it outperforms established tools. Tomorrows demo will give you something concrete to judge.

Another COMPLETELY unknown option as per the closed-source title.

Saying you provide something doesn’t make it any more wanted, it is equivalent to saying I can offer mystery meat as an alternative to directly seeing the meat you buy be processed by which animal and in what conditions.

coming right up, this time with a minimalist interface!

Comeon man open source it. It looks And feels Ai ish ill say that. and also why isnt it set to be a modal? in any FPS game where the mouse is usually locked its just unusable and we cant fix anything because not even ui is changable which should be the minimum like at this point why not just use anything else that has a customisable interface or even better The source free to edit to customise it to your games systems and Moderators needs. This is just disappointing.
