Friend can't join team create session

I don’t know if this is the right category, but my friend is trying to join a team create session and it’s not letting him join

“We could not join the Team Create session for place [the place id]”

How do I fix this?

Also, he can’t join ANY team create sessions.

He can’t join any Roblox game actually.

Nevermind. It had to do with my mobile hotspot not letting my friend connect to games.
