Friend's account compromised and terminated

Hello, I am writing this on behalf of my friend whose account has been breached into and terminated wrongfully by a bad actor. These bad actors were able to steal his authentication and 2 step via a phishing site. Is there any way I can get in contact with someone who can restore his account? The account is called Sushikov, renamed to “Sushlk0v” by said bad actor, likely to throw off support. It has Robux that he desperately needs back.

Any help, however big or small, would be greatly appreciated!

I would advise you to contact Roblox support if you haven’t already and if necessary make a bug report about it if it’s urgent.

Yup, they’ve already gotten the account back, currently waiting from a response from support about the Robux and Limiteds they lost! :slight_smile:

So you have already talked to support? What was your method of getting in contact with them?

Yes, my friend has spoken to support, likely through the forms that you have to fill in, and they have actually gotten their items and Robux back too! I’ll mark this as fixed, thanks for the help regardless! :slight_smile:
