Hello,
I am making this post on behalf of a friend who is currently having an account moderation issue after his Roblox account was compromised.
His account, goyardpaid , was compromised after someone gained unauthorized access to it. While the unauthorized user had control of the account, they used scripts in an experience and sent harmful messages through Roblox chat, which resulted in moderation being applied to the account.
My friend has told me that he did not send these messages or perform the activity that caused the moderation.
He was eventually able to recover access to goyardpaid and attempted to secure the account. However, less than 24 hours after recovering it, another similar violation occurred and the account was moderated again. Because of this, we are concerned that the person who compromised the account may have still had an active session or another method of accessing it even after the account was recovered.
The situation also appears to have resulted in another one of his accounts, easywokfien , being moderated as well.
The attached moderation screenshot shows a Harmful Content/Behavior violation and activity reviewed on July 28, 2026 at 6:44 PM . According to my friend, the harmful Web Chat messages shown in the moderation notice were sent while the account was compromised and were not written by him.
We understand why the content itself violates Roblox’s Community Standards. The issue is not whether the messages were inappropriate, but whether the account owner should be held responsible for activity performed by someone who had gained unauthorized access to his account.
Would it be possible for Roblox staff to review the account’s login/session history, device or IP activity, security changes, and moderation history around the time these incidents occurred?
I am trying to help my friend determine the correct way to resolve this situation and have the moderation reviewed.
The affected accounts are:
- goyardpaid
- easywokfien
He is willing to provide account recovery emails, screenshots, security notifications, previous support tickets, or any other information necessary to help verify that the account was compromised.
The 3 people in the image are the ones responsible for hacking into his account.
And the other image is the proof someone else logged into his account from another state.
Any guidance from Roblox staff or anyone who has dealt with a similar situation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
