Established on October 10th 2020, Frizé has been determined to enforce an authentic and innovative experience. Our main mission is to ensure all customers that set foot into our smoothie-bar are left feeling satisfied. From our enchanting community to the stunning industrial cafe situated on a tropical coastal island, Frizé is proud to one of Roblox’s most supreme smoothie-bar companies striving on ensuring that no matter what their community comes first. Within each beverage and store-made good, you will be rewarded with an overriding flavour of passion with a lingering taste of originality that never fails to disappoint.

:question:This section compromises of Frequently Asked Questions from our staff & community. At Frizé, we ensure that every question is answered with relevant and up to date information to fulfill customer needs and misconceptions. If you have any other enquiries or concerns, feel free to ask a member of the Management Team or above!

Q: How do I work here?

A: To work at Frizé, you will need to pass the application through our ‘Application Portal’ game. This process is automated and you should be ranked immediately to ‘Awaiting Training’ after successfully passing your application - if you do not get ranked right away, please contact a member of the Management Team to manually rank you.

Once you have passed your application, it is mandatory for you to attend and pass a training to ensure you are able to provide the most supreme service capable.

Q: What do I do if I encounter a troller and/or exploiter?

A: Frizé has put into practice methods to minimize the potential risk of trollers and exploiters to reduce numbers in game. This is to ensure our community sustains a safe environment which can be enjoyed by all.

In regards to trollers, it is mandatory that you remain professional and understandable at all times when encountering a troller. This can be portrayed by dishing them out a reminder like, ‘Please stop trolling, it is not tolerated here.’ If they continue, you have the freedom to distribute them one warning. A warning can be formatted as ‘WI - Trolling.’ If they still persist to ignore your warning, you are to contact a member of the Management Team. You can do so by pinging one through our Communications Server or by posting a message on the group wall allowing them to grasp onto the situation.

On the other hand, exploiters receive no warnings. However, it is imperative for you and others around you to remain calm . If you are to encounter an exploiter, try to take a screenshot of what they are attempting or committing to do. Once done so, please ping an individual from the General Management and/or above with the image attached. Consequently, serious actions will be enforced on the individual who has decided to exploit.

Q: How do I earn a promotion?

A: From Awaiting Training-Barista, you may rank up by attending & successfully passing a training. However, once you become a Senior Barista our promotion process is somewhat different.

The next rank from Senior Barista is Staff Assistant - the first Management Team rank. This rank is quite difficult to get and will require a lot of dedication towards our establishment. There are two primary procedures where you may earn this rank:

  • Getting recommended by a member of the General Management or above. To get recommended, you need to show dignity and dedication towards your service and customers. You must also always sustain professionalism in uncertain or unusual circumstances this is to ensure you are prepared for anything which may occur at the coffee house. In addition to this, you need to convey ambition and common courtesy so we can dictate if you are able to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of this position.
  • The alternative process is submitting a ‘Staff Assistant’ resume for when they are released. Applications are only released when we are short on staff.

Hinting in any of these procedures is forbidden. Hinting will only decrease your chances of joining our Management Team.

Q: A staff member is trolling at the cafe. What do I do?

A: Stay calm and assess the situation. If a staff member is trolling, try and remind them that there is a very high chance of them receiving a demotion. If they continue, contact a member of the Supervising Team or above immediately to ensure no further harm is caused.

Your corporation and professionalism during these situations is highly valued and looked up to by your colleagues. If you perfectly demonstrate you can handle these types of circumstances, the likelihood of a promotion increases.

Rank Information

:star2: At Frizé, we have spent a lot of time constructing and ensuring that our chain of command is clear. You may find a detailed summary of each rank below.

Customer

Default role - given to those who have joined our group and are willing to contribute. They usually join the cafe to be served by one of our diligent baristas.

Noted Customer

This rank cannot be earned, you must be selected for it. Those who have been selected, are most likely either former Corporate members or investors.

Business Associate

This rank is reserved for representatives from our Partnership Program.

Low Rank

Awaiting Training

One who has taken and passed an application. Unfortunately, they are unable to work behind the counters. To obtain that ability, they must be trained.

Junior Barista

Can be achieved by successfully attending and passing a training. You obtain the privilege to serve customers and mop spills.

Barista

Can be achieved by successfully attending and passing another training. You are perceived to be a more skilled barista.

Senior Barista

One who has achieved another training. You are a very proficient barista and your colleagues will look up to you - they may ask you for some help or advice. You may also spectate in trainings.

Middle Rank

Staff Assistant

The first Management Team rank. One who has either passed our ‘Staff Assistant’ resumes or has been recommended. This rank is quite difficult to get and will require a lot of dedication towards our establishment. There are two primary procedures where you may earn this rank: See ‘Q: How do I earn a promotion?’

Furthermore, Staff Assistants are able to host shifts and assist in trainings. Before so, they must complete their training.

Supervising Team

The second Management Team rank. They are more experienced members of the Management Team and are able to host trainings.

General Management

The third rank of the Management Team, it’s extra hard to obtain this role and you know you’ve been at Frizé for a long time and showed dedication to this group if you achieve this role. They have the ability to recommend Senior Baristas to the Executive Team.

Higher Rank

Executive Assistant

Someone who has shown that they are worthy of joining our Executive Team. They have worked so hard that they have been promoted from the Management Team to Executive Team. They have the option to choose a department of their choice.

Board of Executives

One who has portrayed excellent qualities within their chosen department, and have been given the privilege to take up much more responsibilities. They have a major impact on their department.

Executive Director

They have led their position very well, they are now the last rank within the Executive division. They have the responsibility to direct their chosen department, and have a much smaller span of control.

Super Rank

Vice President

A person who has been dedicated to the group for a very prolonged period of time, and has demonstrated phenomenal qualities in which prove them to be capable of this role. They assist the President in overseeing all operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

President

The owner of Frizé. They assist the Vice President in ensuring we execute the best practices possible daily.

Department Information

:cookie: This section contains material revolving around our departments at Frizé. Here, we operate with 2 departments - Public Relations and Employment. Each plays a vital role in executing daily practices and operations, with each well constructed to ensure our communication and chain of command is clear.

Public Relations
The Public Relations Department is in charge of managing and creating affiliates, community interactions and events. This department aspires to collaborate with the community to ensure all needs and demands are being met at all times.

Employment
The Employment Department is in charge of staff applications, complaints and disciplinary procedures. If you would like to issue a complaint towards a member of the Management Team, feel free to contact a member of the Employment Department. This department aims to sustain a low staff turnover rate and maintain a happy and healthy team.

Partnership Program

:handshake: Assuming that you’re representing a brand who is interested in forming a partnership with us, this section will guide you through the steps and requirements to form a partnership with Frizé.

Benefits of our Partnership Program
Both groups will benefit equally from an affiliation. They will collectively announce the latest information, applications and community events - enforcing a collaboration between communities in which satisfies both parties. Furthermore, they will also promote each other’s facilities in which its player base can relish an contemporary experience. If you’re willing to proceed with our program, feel free to apply.

Requirements
Before submitting your affiliation application, please ensure you have met all the listed requirements below in which the Public Relations Department have cautiously implemented.

  • Your group must have over 500 non-bottled group members.
  • Required to have an active and organised Discord server.
  • Must be capable of sending at least 2 communicable representatives.
  • Cannot sell Middle Ranks, nor can it have a negative reputation within its industry.
  • Must treat Frizé community & staff with compassion and hospitality.

Please take note minor exceptions can be formally made on a rare basis, and should be discussed before submitting your resume.

  • Please provide us with a permanent Discord Server invite to your server.
  • Please state the usernames of your 2 representatives.
  • Why would you like to form a partnership with Frizé?
  • How would your group benefit from this alliance?
  • Do you understand we have the right to terminate this alliance if deemed necessary?
Code of Conduct

:tea: All staff & community members must be willing to abide by each regulation, enforced to secure and promote a safe and welcoming environment in which everyone can enjoy. Note that any form of misconduct may result in serious consequences being administered such as demotions or terminations.

Roblox Community Standards
As a foundation, all group members must be inclined to follow Roblox Community Standards.

Respect
All staff & community members must respect one another. As a corporation, we aim to maintain our friendly and enchanting atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed. Any form of disrespect or harassment will not be tolerated here.

Advertisement
Advertisement of your local project, community or group for self-benefit is not permitted within any Frizé facilities. The Roblox Platform offers a variety of alternative experiences to cater your advertising needs and ambitions to promote your group. Advertising will result in an immediate ban from the server.

Attire
When joining any Frizé experiences, please ensure you have appropriate attire. Clothing that promotes any racism, homophobia, sexism and/or anything that can affect a person negatively is prohibited. By wearing inappropriate attire, you accept we have the right to ban you.

Trolling & Exploiting
Both trolling and exploiting is not permitted here. It disrupts the customer experience we aspire to cater for, and the environment we establish. If you are caught doing either one or both, further consequences will be enforced to limit the disruption.
