'Frozen Horns of the Dangerous One' are tilted instead of being straight up, are not symetrical and one side is more lowered

The bug report is directed towards an item ‘Frozen Horns of the Dangerous One’ (Frozen Horns of the Dangerous One - Roblox).

Basically, the horns are wrongly tilted as well as one of the sides being lower than the other. Cause of these things, the item is not symetrical - both left and the right side are the same, but are wrongly positioned (not by design). I will attach photos below as well as its original counterpart for comparison in terms of visual issues. I will also provide a fixed version’s file as well as its display which will show the fixed placement.

Despite the latest Roblox updates bringing in the option to fix certain items, this visual bug alone has “stopped the item itself” from gaining traction and economic change. As people will obviously firstly try the item on before purchasing it, them seeing the horns randomly deformed on their head compared to the original makes them stray away from making that purchase.

Alongside these statements, this is not a major visual rework and would not hurt the item’s overall presentation - infact, vast majority of owners of this item solely own it as an alternative to more expensive original variants (Dark Horns of Pwnage and Golden Horns of Pwnage) and this change would be welcomed. The fix would align the horns to have the same representation as the original series.

Thank you for flagging this. We will not be making any updates to this Accessory. You are correct in pointing out that this Accessory is not perfectly symmetrical, but we’re not seeing any unexpected deformation or tilt when the Accessory is on.

Thank you for understanding.

there is a tilt on the item, i don’t think you spotted it though.

To put it more directly, they’re basically saying: don’t bother us with such minor issues. :skull_and_crossbones::pray:

i guess fixing tiny typos are more important than whole accessories then, well to be fair its easier to fix typos than updating old accessories
