- No reselling, gifting licenses for any sort of products in FUEL. Doing so will result in a license revoke and removal from the official whitelist.
- All digital products & services (from now on called products) are subject to updates, and those will be provided for free in most cases.
- Attempting to bypass whitelists on our products will result in severe consequences which vary from a license revoke to a public report about the action.
- We are okay with you using our products in airlines but only those that you own. Giving the file to someone’s group will be counted as gifting license.
- Do not remove files inside of the model/game that are considered whitelist files. Note that if you remove them we will be informed by automated system and you will be messaged by our representative to solve the matter.
- In most cases, our products are virus-free. But, some models inserted may contain malicious files. If this situation occurs, open a support ticket and we will be more than happy to help you out.
- NO REFUNDS. Don’t ask for them. We won’t issue it and never will.
- Finally, enjoy your product! Please, ensure that you don’t break those terms. We are not here to make your life harder, but we need to maintain a safe environment.
- Discord support is prioritizing server boosters, vTech Premium members and investors. Please be patient, we are responding as fast as possible.
