well this seems like a nice feature
i sure hope that the engine it runs on doesn’t crumble within the next 5 years!
When will the Style Editor allow you to select a different folder? ![]()
Can you fix the searching issue with the Style Editor? When I search for a tag, and try to click on it, it doesn’t expand the details of the tag I selected, rather, something else.
Style Tweening releasing when?
Are UI Transitions still planned? ![]()
The Press gui state seems to get trigged by any mouse button (including the scroll wheel), rather than just the left mouse button which is most intuitive.
Having support for all is great for accessibility as left handed and more complex adapted mouses exist, but having all mouse buttons being able to trigger the state at the same time with no way to differentiate between them is a little annoying.
Would there be any way to be able to pass what input triggered the change in state so certain inputs can be filtered out with styling alone? In the case of pressing, having only the left or right mouse trigger the state depending on a player-defined setting.
I will add though that this styling system is great and I have been using it a fair amount, so thank you for the addition and I can’t wait to see how the system progresses.
Will the Interactivity Showcase be allowed to be editable, trying to understand how some of it was done and it be really useful!
Thank you Roblox! This looks amazing.
Hmm the update is interesting cause it can finally help people with ui design.
Sofar i played around and found a couple of bugs
idk whether that’s intentional that i’m having a vertical phone layout on pc, do you consider the resolution when changing the layout?
I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to mean “This feature is in the Engine now, instead of having to implement it yourself”
Can we please get built in support for tweening, this would be a game changer! For now I’m stuck using my own system because of how limiting UI styling is at its current state.

Useless without sub instances.

Also when Button?
> denotes a child styling key. So here, you’d want to use >TextLabel instead
whoops
Thanks I thought this wasn’t a thing, I know nothing about the styling, will check documentation out.
So much less pain for both programmers and UI artists ![]()
we love making buggy ui animations ![]()
That doesn’t export components into StyleSheets, and also doesn’t export using UI Instances like UIStroke, UICorner, UIGradient if possible, as it looks like its just exporting as images.
not to style sheets, but it does export UIStroke, UICorner and UIGradient where reasonable. Also does all of it in 1 click lol, no uploading assets manually or pasting stuff
It even exports lists
Cmon, just give us UIBlur and UIShadow bruh ![]()
