Approximately mid last year, I released a game called ACS Playground which has gained over 300,000 visits. However, it is currently sitting at 0 players active and has a very negative like-to-dislike ratio.
As many developers will agree with, there are only so many things that you notice yourself, so I am asking users to try out the game and give me their honest thoughts from start to finish - what was going through your head while playing? What may be too hard to understand? What could be improved or added?
The point of the game is simply in the title; it’s a playground game for the ACS gun system (Which I did not make)
First, remove the discord link you’re displaying to players in the corner. Your game is accessible to ages 5+… this is totally inappropriate and unacceptable.
I tried a few of the guns, but there’s not much to do except shoot at the targets. The gun system is cool, but without anyone to play with, I just left.
I’d recommend adding something to do, like a campaign or something. When you get more players active in your servers, you should make the FFA portal more obvious and intuitive by guiding players toward it and making it more visible.
