I would think that before the new algo updates, a simulator with these stats would hit 1k ccu easily, but now my game’s struggling. Has anyone else had experience with this and might know what I should do?
Here are the 4 main signals lmk if anything else is needed, first play bounce rate i think is pretty good, <60s is within benchmark but 60-180 is above benchmark. play days and playtime are within benchmarks(reason for the climb since jul 3 is cause i updated a week prior to that, so the cohorts updated around jul 3 onwards)
ptr has been decreasing as the game is shown to more and more players, but im working on adding more thumbnails to test. lets say my current ptr was doubled though, i still wouldnt be hitting 1k+ ccu itd be more around like 500ccu. As for updates, you’re right that I haven’t updated recently, its been a little over a week, but is that whats stopping my game from growing? I don’t think adding new content will increase the stats, let me know what you think tho. I was under the impression that my current stats are already good for the game to get picked up by the algo
well I released around june 20th, but the game was performing badly back then, I added a big update around the 29th, fixing things and adding new content and features, and since then the games stats grew to where they are now. So I released on the 20th, but these stats have only been around for 10-12 days. Do you think I just have to wait longer? Or considering 10+ days have passed I have to fix something
i’ve had games that took over a month to algo. just keep making any improvements you can, its not over.
this game i released: Build a Robot and Fight Brainrots | Play on Roblox had near identical stats to your game and after a month of release it reached 1.5k ccu (roblox took the game down and i’ve never been bothered to put it back up)
oh dang what happened? also the thing is im just unsure if algo still works like that, after june 15th update I’ve heard many people saying their ccu dropped for seemingly no reason
