After failing the questionnaire and having my game taken down, I was told to redo the questionnaire and send an appeal. I did this but have received no response. I and many other people have made posts on the devforum and support tickets, but we have been waiting 2+ weeks with 0 response. Everything in the creator hub looks fine, the game is public, the reach is 9+ (after being re verified after the takedown), the questionnaire is resubmitted but nothing shows why the game is inaccessible for players. I am left to assume that this is a bug and that the game should in fact be up.
Expected behavior
The games should be back up, or there should be something showing why the game is down or emails telling us what to do. There is nothing and we are left in the dark to assume why the game is not being put back up, with 0 response and roblox support leading to no help.
Hi there, do you see any banners on the creation overview page sharing any information on the visibility of your game? There should be at least one since your game is not publicly visible right now.
Editing to add - looking at the appeal history, it looks like the appeal reviewer rejected your appeal on 7/25. Were you not able to see a response for the appeal?
Hey, I only saw the appeal was rejected yesterday since I am not the holder of the group and the holder did not receive an email after it was rejected, after checking his appeal page again we resent the appeal and corrected the questionnaire, and it was approved but the game is still not up. About the creation overview page I’m not sure what you mean, if you mean the main overview page that has all the benchmarks, it doesn’t say anything.
