My game was changed from All Ages to 16+ for an inaccurate questionnaire. I updated the questionnaire according to moderator notes that the game contained sensitive issues. My questionnaire now says minimal with sensitive issues as a descriptor, but my game is still 16+ despite having the 500+ highly engaged players.

Hi Caelestene, I have the same or similar issue. I had to redo my questionnaire after a textchatservice problem I successfully appealed since the 29th of June. Over two weeks later my game is still 16+ despite having always originally and continuing to meet enagement requirements. My dashboard has been showing this “Pending review. Audience expansion will commence” message for over two weeks, from what I’ve read, this is unusually long
