My game Dinosaur Island : Lab Breakout has been stuck on the “Enrollment in expedited review is pending approval. Reviews occur within 48 hours of payment.” for a little more than a month now.
(I have also reached 500+ Highly Engaged Players, but that didn’t do a thing either.)
(Proof I paid the fee.)
Honestly, I’m really frustrated by this. It’s slowly killing my motivation to keep developing. Because most of my community is under 16, they can’t play the game anymore, and it feels like my whole game franchise is dying in the process…
I’m totally unsure of what’s going on at this point, and it feels like my game has been left in a “zombie state” or something similar.
A system meant to speed up age reviews shouldn’t result in your game being completely ignored instead.
