Game isn't receiving eligibility for US 18+ Rates even though the game is in R15?

My experience has been R15 Only since August 12, 2026, but it still hasn’t become eligible for the US 18+ DevEx rate. I’ve reviewed the requirements listed on the Creator Hub and, as far as I can tell, the experience meets them. A significant portion of our playerbase is also 18+, so I’m concerned that we may be missing out on eligible 18+ earnings while the experience continues to show as ineligible.

Hi @tookiewilliams03!

Universe 10029295102 seemed to recently become eligible from my end. Could you retry to check your game’s eligibility at Creator Dashboard? Thanks!
