I recently released a Hotel game, but somehow whenever people tried to join the game, the server is always unavailable and keeps loading.

Do you have any scripts that may be causing this? Or how many parts do you have in your game? Just giving us a game link and saying “it doesn’t load” isn’t helpful.
There’s only basic admin essential 2.0 and checkmein.
It’s always like this when me or other people tried to join it.
Try getting rid of the admin and test it, if that doesn’t work then upload the game to another place and see if that works.
Roblox was having slight problems earlier so that might be the case. 
It says Roblox is having a problem, so don’t worry about it, you could check later on and see if it works.
Oh okay, thanks! Could it be an exploiter that caused this? And it’s been happening since yesterday.
I don’t think an exploiter can cause loading disruption especially because nobody was in your game.
