Meine Spiele ist (My game is) locked at 16+ for some reason even tho I meet all the requirements for publishing to all ages. NOT FUNNY

good luck trying to get roblox to fix this.
roblox has been going downhill since 2020 with terrible update after terrible update.

Roblox is a great platform, where you can be creative and create your own experiences. It has very immersive experiences which make it a great game to play. I’m not sure why you be dissin roblox :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

This may be a very stupid suggestion, but have you tried publishing the game again from studio?

From what I’ve read on the announcement posts for this update, the previous age rating is kept until the game is published again.
At least, that’s how it works when going from all ages back to 16+ when a requirement isn’t met, although I wouldn’t be surprised if it works the same the other way around.

my game took like 1-2 days to get to all ages even though it already completed the requirements, so i recommend waiting like 1-2 days

@1234Funnycurry It appears that Urban Graffiti’s Maturity Questionnaire has been recently updated to include Free Form User Creation. This restricts the playability to 16+. Your screenshot doesn’t show the whole page, so I can’t tell if the game was under review at the time of the screenshot, but if it was then it wouldn’t have been playable for under 16 at that time either.

Yes, my game is listed as 16+ because a bug in roblox moderation. Everytime I try appealing it, it gets rejected and i’m not sure why because it breaks 0 rules. I want to list it as All Ages because the paint does not replicate to other players so you can’t see other players paint and they can’t see yours. Which in roblox questionnaire it says for freeroam drawing, “this doesn’t not account for stuff being replicated”. I’m asking for you to help me on this, I keep trying to get help but its not working.
