Game name problem

Hello, I am sgtorange17, and I am on the beginner side of the Roblox community, and I am looking for help surrounding game names. Earlier this month, I made a game titled Bomber survival, and I put a lot of time into making it, while I was developing my game, I set the availability to Private (because I don’t want people to play my very unfinished game). After putting hard work into the game and making a game icon, I checked how my competition was doing, and there was another game called Bomber survival on the page! The other bomber survival was made ten days after I made mine and it is just a couple of free models. I know it’s a real game, and should be treated like every other game, but it looks like it was thrown together in like five minutes, while I’ve spent hours building mine, my question is: what should I do in this situation? And how can I keep my game name without being punished (if there are punishments for having the same name)?

P.S. If this is in the wrong category please tell me kindly, and I will change it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You wouldn’t be punished for having the same name as another game; if this was an issue, Roblox would prevent this through a method similar to usernames and group names. Bomber Survival is quite a generic name, so this would not cause any issues whatsoever.

I would advise you continue working on your game and you publish it as planned. There is no need to change the name of your game.

I kinda doubt they where trying to copy you(mostly because there was no way they could have known unless you leaked the game name early)but if you want your game to be better then their game make sure you have a proper game icon and thumbnail and advertise your game.
