is it even worth reporting obvious outages
Over the past few days there’s been random times where Roblox will go down for a minute or so (with pages displaying this error), then come back up almost instantaneously, interrupting the experience of millions on the platform.
We need to know what’s going on here and have reassurance that this issue is actually being fixed.
I’d place bets on the fact it has something to do with Grow a Garden and their record-breaking ccu’s
Do not worry! This is an issue happening to everyone, even me. It is being addressed to Roblox staff and coordinators and is being fixed at the moment!
I have the same problem; i’m guess figuring it’s an server issue since i keep on getting error code 500 . What my friend suggest is that Roblox gotta invest in more server power so the problem doesn’t keep on popping up.

I wonder if “Updated a few seconds ago” is a bug… It’s been saying that for a while every outage, but says everything is fine.
I doubt it’s actually updated all the time, especially like every single second. hopefully it gets updated in a bit.
Hey, is this still happening for you? We had a small incident a couple hours back that engineers were automatically alerted to and we were able to resolve already.

More details on the cause and whether or not a proper fix (that’ll stop this from happening again) has been put in place would be nice.

I don’t think we have more details to share here that would be useful for creators. Roblox infra generally needs to be tuned dynamically over time to keep up with changes and spikes in traffic patterns. When these issues happen, we have engineers 24/7 who get paged and will immediately look into and address these issues, and we do a lot of work to premeditate and improve on reliability.
It’s best to file separate bug reports for these incidents because the games page is a very complicated beast so one failure might not be similar to another but have the same symptom. Hope that makes sense.
