Game Put Under Investigation

I’m making this post because my new game “Climb Hill for Animals” got put under investigation and hidden from players by ai moderation even though all the assets are mine. I had 500 ccu at the time

and really good momentum for a hard worked update planned for tomorrow.

Would anyone know what I should do at the moment, and would anyone know if it will keep its place in the algorithm when it comes back?

does ts mean games that are just baseplates will be removed from roblox too?

–Update to whoever has the same problem in the future–

I emailed Roblox support the instant my game got hidden from players. About 8 hours after my game got hidden, it suddenly became unhidden and found its place back in the algorithm really fast.

I have not gotten an email back from Roblox, although I still believe you should message them.

If this ever happens to you, you will be fine and just have to wait a few hours.
