Game remaining unplayable despite publish and modification taken after warning


I noticed i was able to join it on my phone however on any other devices the game return to a 404 error and shown as private while currently beeing public.

Note this is a urgent matter for us since the game stats are going down.

Can you share more information? E.g. link your game, does the owner see anything in the Violations & Appeals portal?

The game got taken down and received a warning yesterday however tryed to appeal and the game didn’t appear in Violation and appeals portal

Hi there, to confirm, you are the game owner? Only the game owner will be able to see violations in the V&A Portal and be able to appeal.

ETA: your game has been moderated (ā€˜no longer available’) due to the issues sent in the message, which is not a bug. You will have to submit an appeal after you fix the issues.

I’m indeed the game owner and the owner of the group the game is currently.

Okay, you may have to appeal via the Support Form then.

Sorry, I’m not able to help with this type of moderation problem, but I would recommend opening a Bug Report, which will be triaged by Roblox employees.

Oh okay, thanks for the update can you maybe forward this to a bug team who can view this faster? if not, is there a timeframe of how long i should expect a reply from a staff in my forum?

Sorry, I can’t do that, otherwise everyone will just forward their moderation concerns to me to get escalated! I can only support moderation related to my product areas.

It could take anywhere from weeks to months for the team to get to it. I would keep trying to submit appeals or talking to support.

Honestly, you are the first staff that i have had a total conversation about my moderation concern, as you may probably know and seen before, Roblox support is automated and no way of giving context back on my appeals, regardless of how many evidence and details i provide, i would always get overlooked, ignored, and denied. I really appreciate you for taking your time of day to reply to our messages. Like i said you are the first human staff I’ve spoken about this concern to a more depth. Perhaps, maybe i can give you a ticket ID or something or you can ask a team to look over my forum atleast?, if not it’s okay. I really appreciate your time.

Yes, thank you for paying attention to our questions, but honestly, I would like to know how to get the problem considered by human other than support, since for more than 2 months of contacting support, I have only received responses from bots with automatic refusals. You mentioned that I can write a 'bug report", but I would like to know what needs to be done for this, for some reason I do not have permission to write in the ā€œbug reportā€ category in devforum.

Today, i got a response from roblox support from a ā€œKarinaā€ appeals lead, stating it’s been correctly moderated, but i know for a fact that is a bot response and it is definitely not correctly moderated.

It’s been 60+ days of me trying to get my account back, other has been waiting longer, i just need a team or one person to look over my case just one real human. I hope you see this, and can reconsider just moving this towards someone who can help. It would give hope for others aswell. Thank you.

I think you need to have certain permissions on devforum to make bug reports. Then, you can get people to triage your bug reports.

I read the DevForum wiki, and it only talks about how to access regular posts, which is what I’ve already done, but nothing about accessing posts with more complex topics. That’s why I wanted to contact a moderator directly, as support hasn’t helped since no one but a bot has responded in two months. I can’t even write a bug report to get the moderators involved because I don’t have access! Please, if you can, pass my post on to a moderator who specializes in my topic or to a senior moderator! I’ve been living like in Groundhog Day for the last two and a half months, trying to even get a single review from a human moderator!

I keep on getting denied….what do i do? There’s no help from roblox support. I really need this to get escalated or just atleast seen from a human staff somehow. I’ve been dealing with this issue for the past 60+ days, can you forward this please, or ask someone who can help me, or in my case to read my bug report atleast.

@Caelestene Can you escalate this please?? This AI moderation is getting out of hand, and roblox support is not helping at all, it’s all automated responses. I just need one manually review from someone who can help me, this is frustrating for me and others suffering the same outcome. (let me know if you need atleast a ticket ID or my devforum post, as all my info is there).

Same issue here, our game got taken down after the new policy changes, we have appealed, and the warning on the games page has turned into ā€œYour game is not playable due to moderation. Please review moderation feedback in your Messages inbox.ā€ We have checked and the group holder account has not gotten a single message, nor an email reply from support. Roblox really needs to change it’s ways, closing our game and leaving us with no information about why. @Caelestene please do something about this.
