My game was recently taken down for “Privacy: Giving PII” and my appeal was denied. I have no idea what specific content in the game triggered this the reason given is too vague to act on.
I’ve seen multiple other developers report the same thing recently, where their games or assets get flagged for PII by the AI moderation as a mistake, when there’s no actual personal information involved. This seems like it could be a false positive from the automated moderation system.
it’s a pretty popular game and I’ve got a ton of players asking me what happened and i can’t even give them an answer. i’m not trying to fight the decision or anything, i just need to know what specifically was wrong so i can remove it and hopefully get the game back up
This could be AI false positive, so I’m posting it as a bug report.
if you could help me figure out what it was or who to talk to that’d be huge.
