My groups game says publishing tier at risk, but then when i click manage it says status is all good, so it is confusing whether the publish will remove the tier or not and appears as a visual bug.

If my status is truly at risk, it should say that in the manage area.

Same issue happens to me. I think it’s another Roblox bug.
On top of this, it is now saying the Refundable publishing fee is not submitted, even though the account has Roblox Plus.
Due to the severity of this bug I had to purchase the refundable fee, despite my account having Roblox plus. This issue is still not resolved.
Also currently happening to me. Not very cool 
Hi all! If all other publish requirements are met please double check on your game’s Audience Reach page that the Refundable publishing fee is paid.
Why would it have to be paid if you have roblox plus?
Reopening this thread because this issue still occurs EVEN on new games.
To clarify, it says my status is able to publish to all ages, and the account also has Roblox Plus. Yet it wants me to pay this fee. Not only that I had paid a fee for another game before on this account WHILE HAVING Roblox Plus, and I don’t even know if I’m gonna receive that Robux back.
You need to have Roblox Plus for two months straight before being granted the advantage of free publishing fee
