My game freezes almost completely every few minutes resulting in MicroProfiler graphs like this
Happens in all games. However I can use my mouse and move it around when the game is frozen.
Have tried reinstalling, updating graphics drivers, lowering graphics level in Roblox, restarting, the problem has lasted for about a month without it getting any better

Thank you for reporting this issue - are you still experiencing it?
Hi, thank you for reporting this issue. Our engineers analyzed the MicroProfiler capture you provided and determined that the freezes are caused by the GPU stalling for extended periods (2+ seconds) before starting to render a frame. This is happening at the GPU/driver level, not within Roblox engine code. Since you mentioned this happens in all games, this further suggests a system-level issue. Here are some things to try: (1) Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to do a completely clean GPU driver reinstall, (2) Check your GPU temperatures during gameplay — the GTX 970 may be throttling due to thermal issues, (3) Check for any background processes that might be interfering with GPU scheduling, (4) If possible, test with a different graphics card to isolate whether the GPU hardware itself is the problem. We hope this helps resolve the freezing. Unfortunately this is not something we can address on our end as it is occurring at the hardware/driver level.
