I recently got all my accounts terminated because of assets i’ve uploaded, but i appealed and got everything back.
However, at the exact moment that my accounts got banned, all of my games (linked to the banned accs) got shadowbanned.
The ccu dropped, it used to be around a few hundreds and now its only a dozens or even 0.
Also the games dont appear in search, even tho they used to be on top when we searched before.
One of my game even appears as not available on the website
The game’s rate also changed to 16+ while i still meet all the requirements, but curiously now it says that the engaged players stuff is not applicable (even tho i have the 500 count)
These changes all happened immediately after the moderation and at the exact same time.
I’ve waited a few days but it didnt change anything, and i tried contacting the roblox support but they didnt give me a clear answer of why this is happening. Id like to know if this happened to someone else, and what can i do to fix this.
I also wanna point out that all the games were published from my accounts but separated accounts, and theyre not even related to the assets that got my accs terminated, and not related to these games cause i didnt change anything nor update (plus the appeals were accepted so it cant be a reason to ban or change the game’s age rating).
Hey so as far as i remember one requirement for uploading to all ages was keeping your account on good standards in moderation, so…
I guess when they banned you, you automatically broke that requirement and this made your games to only +16 again, so thats why they decreased in ccu, its just the most probable theory
So, you had a terrible bad luck
About the appeals getting accepted, i dont know. Roblox is trash at moderations and things like these, you are probably still flagged with the “account not in good standards because of recent moderation and bla bla bla”
Thanks ! That actually makes a lot more sense. Roblox support doesnt seem to understand my requests so I dont really know what else I can do, maybe it will go back to normal so I’m gonna keep waiting I guess
I think I have an idea that may fix it but I’m unsure, I could try changing the game’s owner/game’s group owner so it wouldnt be linked with a moderated account. Has someone tried this, and if so did it work?
It is not fixed, and im stuck now… since the game is literally receiving zero players daily after having about a 4k a day average, the highly engaged player rating wont reach 500… which leads to the game only allowing 16+ players, but my game is 100% under 16 players… so im stuck, its dead in the water after being around for 4 years. Very sad.
