This is a follow-up post to this that I made last week:
I still have received anything meaningful from Roblox Support.
They said that they would respond in 24 hours… 48 hours ago.
My game has been down for over a week and I still don’t know why. I have tried literally everything. I am losing time, and my community is getting restless. This is actually ridiculous, and just shows how little small developers mean to Roblox.

My game was recently taken down and I still have no response from support. I don’t really expect a response at this point, it seems that it might be a week, or month long wait.

Eventually my game was taken back up after I got lucky and support actually told me what model in my game caused this. I was able to remove the model and I got the game back, so maybe you just have to ask them why it was taken down.
My game was taken down because I used ACS which had drugs in it. It’s funny because the UI was never even visible as I had specifically disabled it.
But sadly support most of the time doesn’t bother to help with anything.
