I’ve been working on a music rhythm game which has zero age limited features or content, but after completing the questionnaire multiple times (which provides me with a minimal rating as none of the questions apply to my game), I still have “Minimal: 16+” listed as the experience.
The game is not public yet as it is in development, but it is causing an issue with testing.
I’ve also checked my status and any assets, and everything says this project should be available to all ages.
Expected behavior
I expected to fill out “No” for all the questions in the questionnaire, receive a “Minimal” rating, then have it available for all ages.
In order to be accessible for an under 16 audience, your game needs to be eligible for Kids and Select. You can read more about the requirements here: Roblox Kids and Select | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub and check your game’s status on its Audience Reach page in Creator Hub.
Thanks for the reply, I have hit all these requirements with the only exception being the project is not live yet so it doesn’t have any Highly Engaged Users to assess.
So is it that the only way for people to test the game is for them to be Trusted Friends or 16+?
How are developers who have games geared to under 16 meant to accumulate the necessary stats to get the highly engaged player score of 500? This new requirement has destroyed my player base and now I cant get reviewed to earn back my under 16 player base again?
