Paid 100,000 Robux for Expedited Review on our game Combined Arms over 20 days ago, and the game is still stuck on ages 16+
This is well past the standard 48 hour target, and this money has effectively been wasted. We have recieved no status update, no reject notification, and no age rating resolution on the Creator Dashboard.
Verified Experience Questionnaire is 100% completed and up to date.
The game got taken down a few hours after it launched due to issues with the chat system, but it was quickly resolved and now the review process has seemingly stopped.
There is some kind of safety hold on the Expedited Review process for our game, but support won’t say anything about it and the Creator Dashboard suggests everything is fine.
Some clarity or a resolution of some kind of what I’m looking for by making this report.
