The experience was previously restrictured due to a moderation issue. The reported content was removed, the updated experience was republished, and the moderation restriction was successfully lifted.
However, after the restriction was removed, the Audience Reach / Age Groups review did not complete. The experience continues to be limited to 16+ and Trusted friends, and the “Pending final review” status has remained unchanged for more than three weeks.

My game used to be available for All Ages, but it got moderated because of a custom text/filtering system. I updated the game, Roblox accepted my appeal, and the suspension was removed. Now it’s stuck on “Pending final review. Audience expansion will commence shortly.”
@LuaCow After your comment, I tried setting the experience to Private and then Public again. After doing this, I noticed the game started appearing in search results, which it did not before.
I’m wondering if there may have been a frontend/backend sync issue where Creator Hub showed it as Public, but internally it was still treated as Private.
Could you please advise if this is possible? I’ll also observe the review status for the next few days.
No action should be required on your side, but it might just take a short time for the audience expansion to commence. I can flag for our engineers to keep an eye on!
