Game stuck on pending review

It seems like people posting on this specific thread are actually getting their games fixed within days after weeks of being stuck!

Thank you so much @LuaCow or whichever admin it is fixing these games, you genuinely may be saving peoples livelihoods in some of these cases. However, if you can, PLEASE escalate this issue with as much urgency and priority as possible to the people capable of fixing it. This issue brings so much stress to developers, and can singlehandedly kill games when it blocks off the majority of the playerbase for weeks, as I have seen. Once it does happen to you, official Roblox support routes are completely useless and only give canned, unrelated responses.

I, for one, had to spend hours scrolling on these forums before I was able to make a post here, and I can’t imagine im alone on that. Even then, I feel lucky for stumbling onto this thread with admins manually fixing games (AFAICT), since others may not be as fortunate.

Hello @LuaCow,

My experience recently just reached the 500 Engaged Players requirement, however, It’s been stuck in review for over 24 hours. Reading through the post, I see that its been glitched for a few other developers and this will greatly ruin the early traction I currently have. I was hoping it would be off before my ad campaign run’s out but it seems that is not the case. If you can, please take a look

How is a game like mine that had thousands of visitors daily that were under 16 years old supposed to reach the highly engaged player rating of 500, if the game now receives no visitors? The rating should be rated on the last 4 years of my game’s activity where I had millions of visits, not on the weeks following its restriction to over 16 years of age. How can a game geared for children be properly rated then?

I don’t see the logic behind destroying a game that was doing well. And from a developer who has given his time and resource to roblox, and countless dedication to this forum as well. Just doesn’t make sense to me.

Can you please help somehow @LuaCow?

Hi @LuaCow,

I’m reaching out here after seeing a comment from @BaldiFixer pointing to this thread, since I’m experiencing a very similar issue and understand you’ve been helping with these cases.

Summary:
My experience was flagged and removed following a Content Maturity Questionnaire review (“Your experience broke the rules” notice on Jul 23, 2026). I submitted an appeal, and it was reviewed and accepted on Jul 26, 2026 — Roblox confirmed that the activity did not break the Community Standards and that there would be no consequences to the account.

Despite the appeal being accepted, the experience is still not restored:

  • It does not appear in Search & Discovery, under any age rating (All Ages or 16+).
  • Attempting to access it directly (or through the group where it’s listed) shows it as inaccessible.
  • The account’s eligibility status for publishing games shows entirely green, with no restrictions listed.

I’ve already opened bug reports and contacted Support about this, including a manual review request, but the ticket was closed without resolving the issue, and it’s been over a day with no further response.

I’m attaching a screenshot of the appeal timeline showing it was accepted, for reference.

Any help looking into this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
