Our game has suddenly disappeared from players’ Continue, Favorites, and Search.
We have had a consistent playerbase, have monetization active, etc., but it just randomly up and vanished.
The ‘Overview’ page references a policy update that has 0 relation to our game:
It would make sense if there was a warning associated with this, but I didn’t get one at all. We’ve contacted support as well but they have ignored us for 14 days.
This issue has been documented a few times:
- Game got shadow banned on search results
- I think my game got shadowbanned
I don’t know what could have caused this.
Expected behavior
My game should be in the Favorites of those who have it favorited, in the Continues of those who recently played like much of my staff, and searchable as usual.
