When your game is suspended for violating the ToS and/or Community Rules, you receive a PM with info about the game, and the reason it was suspended. However, the message states the following:
Please be sure to follow the Roblox Terms of Service and Community Rules to prevent future moderation of your games or account. To have your game reviewed and reopened, please contact appeals@roblox.com, once you’ve made the requested changes.
This is no longer accurate, and when sending a message to this adress, it auto-replies with the following:
" IMPORTANT NOTE: We no longer support direct email inquiries to this email address. If you cannot find the answer to your inquiry with the below resources, ** YOU MUST RESUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY VIA OUR SUPPORT FORM HERE: www.roblox.com/support **. Further replies to this ticket will not be sent by our Roblox team."
Therefor, the message you receive in DMs should be edited to link to the support section of the site, and not the e-mailadress.
