My game was taken down yesterday for failing the content maturity questionnaire twice.
The first time was because a moderator note said the game had “fear” even though the game has no fear aspects and other games in the same genre (like Tha Bronx or South Bronx) do not have fear either. The game did not immediately get restricted after this and I had a couple days to change it which I did.
The second time was because the blood was “realistic” instead of unrealistic which I disagree with but I changed to what they asked.
The game was immediately restricted after this and I have changed it as they asked but there have been no updates or response. I also made a support ticket but a robot replied sending a link to the questionnaire info page and then closing the ticket. Will this resolve itself or do I need to further email support?
There is a chance, but it is very small. Roblox mainly uses very low-quality AI moderation, and there is no support service. You only have hope for luck.
As far as I remember, you need to take the content maturity questionnaire again.
Yea we sent the appeal and it was accepted, it says: “We reviewed your appeal and we found that your activity didn’t break the rules explained in our Community Standards - so there are no consequences to your account. This will help us improve our reviews - thanks!”.
It says no consequences to the account, but nothing about the experience being put back up.
