So basically I have this indonesian themed game titled “Agus’s Boarding House Security” which literally translated to “Penjaga Kos Agus” in Indonesia. The game has been played by several big youtubers in indonesia, but I wonder why the game ccu hasn’t taken off and stuck at the range of 100-300 CCUs, and I found the problem!
The Problem Is:
A lot of the players are complaining that they can’t find my game when they searched up “Penjaga Kos Agus”, it shows up “No Result Found”.
Context of the word:
In Indonesian, the word “Kos” (or “Kost”) is a very common in everyday uses. the word translates literally to “Boarding House” or “Rented Room”. It is not a swear word, a slur, neither a inappropriate word.
I really wish roblox could fix this up, and re-review their search bar filters.

Because, the majority of the game audience in Indonesia already recognize the game as “Penjaga Kos Agus”. And when they tried to search it up, it shows up “No Results Found” causing them to think that the game was deleted or taken down.
Roblox filtered the word “Kos” without reason, approximately 4-5 days after the game released and recognized… it’s depressing
The text does appear to also be filtered from Roblox search entirely. I’ve requested a text filter adjustment for you. In the future instead of making bug reports for text filter adjustments please use this form!
Beside creating this report, I also contacted roblox support via their /support, but it’s been 2 days and i received 0 respond

I knew about the form because it’s listed in this topic! I’m unsure of how long it takes Roblox to respond to the form but I assume it won’t take too long!
I don’t seem to be able to recall any use of that word in Farsi, tbh. Could just be that I’m more used to informal (Farsi Dari) though.
Oh wait, after a gemini query (gemini is good at farsi) it turns out it’s literally equivalent to vulgar English curse. (when transliterated: kos → kaaf seen)
Basically equivalent to mat (translates to ‘profanity’) in Russian, but more vulgar than calling someone, say, “an idiot without manners”.

The keyword “Penjaga Kos Agus” is finally unfiltered, HOWEVER, only the exact keyword is unfiltered. The word “Kos” is still being FILTERED so if you slightly modify the query like “Penja Kos Agus”, “Kos Agus”, etc it won’t work, that’s why I was wondering if roblox have responded your request form. Because, They haven’t responded mine
