So I have a small Plinko game with not much to it, but the other day I got warned and taken down for it containing illegal content. The only issue I may have is that I have a Double Cash game pass, which could be the issue. But thus far I do not see the game containing any things that violate TOS.
If you think the ban was unjust, please reach out to roblox support. We are just developers and we cannot help you get your game back without you reaching out to support.
On that note, is it possible we can see the ban note? Along with a full description of how your game worked? (You can leave out minor details, but any mechanics you feel ok with sharing could help us figure out the cause!)
This was the warning message -
and I also got this message from Roblox
I don’t believe the game was banned, as it was not content deleted and only made under review by moderation. All the game really was was you dropped ragdolls down a plinko machine, and there would be multiplier bricks. The only Robux you could spend was on a name tag game pass and double cash. I will see if an appeal is necessary. Here is the game - Human Plinko [Beta] - Roblox
Can you pull up an image of what your plinko machine looked like? I might be able to identify what happened
This is a picture of the machine in game, the ball on top moves back and forth and that is the spawn location of the ragdolls -
This is a really wild guess and I could be completely wrong but the shape of the pegs does resemble the shape of a cigarette
Ngl, that might be the most possible thing this new moderation system could detect. I submitted an appeal so hopefully it gets seen soon, thank you.
Literally I have been falsely moderated multiple times so I totally understand how you feel right now but hopefully they get their act together and make it so that you stop getting banned from it
same issue… I got that tho in our game RANKED TO RULE… my friend was afk then got banned for 1 day for an asset but that asset is just dance animation… we can’t public the game and it says.
Yeah, I sent out an appeal 3 days ago now with no response.
yep, same… IG so many support (ticket) right now and Roblox can’t hold it anymore
So I’ve sent out 2 appeals so far with little context on why they were declined. The Emails I have got said they violated “playable gambling” but if I through the “violating” part of the guidelines I am not breaking any rules.
I have recently retaken the questioner and checked unplayable gambling in case that is the issue. I currently have one on sale gamepass where you can get a rainbow nametag and a Donation product that costs 2 Robux. At this point I wonder on how they detect rule breaking content, and if appeals are human reviewed or automated.
