On our systems we see a record that the user associated manually removed the game passes 700084658 and 5743922 from their inventory on 2025/09/22. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there a way to revert this? I’ve asked him and he said he doesn’t remember removing it
if your friend was hacked they will get a rollback if they contact support. staff on devforum do not have that power as they work in a different department
Thank you! Do rollbacks have like a timeframe when you can revert them? Because my friend was hacked and recently came back, they were hacked in 2025.
a friend of mine recently got a rollback for the epic face which he deleted over a decade ago. theoretically you can get back things you lost a long time ago but similarly to getting banned, if it happened more than 30 days ago even the chances are lower but never zero. you can still try and you might be lucky but if it happened over a year ago your chances are lower.

Didn’t really help no offense but the ai is shit and keeps telling me “can’t verify your account”
Unfortunately you can’t rollback items you manually removed from your inventory, unless they were a “rare” item such as a marketplace cosmetic like the “Epic Face”.
