Hello Roblox Support,
Our Gamepass (ID 1275411407, named “Street Tuned Vehicles”) suddenly lost all ownership and purchase history after we updated our game on October 31 2025.
Players who previously owned the Gamepass now see a price instead of “Owned” on the Gamepass page.
The Creator Dashboard also no longer shows any sales, purchase records, or revenue.
This issue began after we temporarily set the Gamepass off-sale, renamed it, and changed its price before publishing our game update.
The Gamepass is tied to our main experience (Universe ID 6588110410), and this is the same Universe ID shown in the Gamepass URL and the developer console in Studio.
No new Gamepass was created — this is the same asset ID we’ve used since launch. It seems like the commerce data was detached or reset.
Expected behavior
We expect Roblox to restore the original ownership and purchase history for the Gamepass (ID 1275411407), allowing previous buyers to regain access to the in-game content they paid for.
We also expect the Creator Dashboard to display the original purchase and revenue data again.
Please verify that the Gamepass is correctly linked to the main Universe (6588110410).
