We have had multiple players complaining through the Player Support form that they are attempting to purchase game passes, but their purchases are failing OR saying they succeeded and not going through.

One player said “basically that my purchase failed and that they did not take any Robux, but my Robux were taken” and “I bought the gamepss and then it said that my purchase failed so I tried again and it said the same thing, but then I saw that my Robux were taken away and I didn’t get what I paid for”
Other players have said that they bought a gamepass successfully and got nothing, but when we check their profile they didn’t actually purchase anything.

Looking at our error logs for the past 7 days:
There are a large number of requests failing because of an HTTP 400 response when the auth token is generated. This is unusual because all of the purchases in our game have valid IDs.
There are also a few hundred other purchases failing because of random HttpErrors.
