GamePasses are disappearing for everybody

Something I’ve noticed today. My GamePasses today for all of my games are disappearing. I’m guessing it’s not just me and my games though.

Example: The Wind [Showcase] - Roblox
Tips pass is gone. But the pass is on sale and linked to that game. Not showing in Store
Pass: Mr. Tip Jar - Roblox

Example2: Port Gloom [Showcase] ☀️ - Roblox
Tips for Graveyard Pass is gone. Also on sale and linked. Not showing in Store
Pass: Undead Tips - Roblox

This really hurts me because I depend on GamePasses to make the little profit I do from Showcases.

This happened to me too. One disappeared, one stayed. It appeared again after a few minutes.

I can confirm this on Chrome browser Version 43.0.2357.130 m

Confirm on Firefox. One of my gamepasses was missing.

Can confirm, but only one out of my three GamePasses are missing.

Sure is happening on Internet Explorer.

Confirmed. On top of that, gamepasses that I’ve taken off-sale are actually reappearing in the Store:

Edit: That doesn’t seem to work, looking into that as well.

Everyone else: Is everyone only missing one game pass per place, or are there cases where more are missing?

We’re looking into what’s going on here and I’ll keep you updated.

We know what’s causing this and we’ll have both issues fixed as soon as possible.
