My game that I just released has a banner that says Your experience has reduced exposure across Home, Search, and Charts Follow our best practices to improve your exposure. Its odd because I hadnt found any games similar to this (in terms of title or gameplay). The learn more it has doesnt help either. It also denied my ad when I tried to run it for the first time.

Hey, I am facing the exact same issue again it is constantly happening and not happening I don’t understand how this is fair considering there are stolen games that are pollutiing/tainting the ai moderation’s similarity bias in reality there might only be like 4-5 games that are original murder mystery games.

I have already gone through all the necessary steps to comply and submitted an appeal. Following the appeal, the status changed from “violating policy → Game not discoverable” to “reduced exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.” However, this restriction is still greatly affecting my CCU and revenue, I don’t know if it’s been properly updated.
Could you please take a look at this and help get it resolved as soon as possible? I would deeply appreciate any assistance you can provide.
