As of recently, we noticed one of our games (“Giant Simulator”) is completely missing from the “Top Earning” sort in the Web UI (PC). This seems to only be an issue with the Top Earning sort on the Web UI, as “Giant Simulator” is found in an expected position on the mobile sort for this category. Furthermore, another of our games (“Space Mining Simulator”) - which has substantially lower revenue - still appears in the Top Earning sort whereas Giant Simulator cannot be found.
We’re not sure if this issue affects other sorts in the Web UI or just Top Earning. The game shows up in other sorts fine, including “Popular”, “Up-and-Coming”, “Simulator”, etc.
From what I understand, all of ROBLOX’ sorts work based on device. So if you’re on a PC, it would show the most popular games in an order that favors PC players. Logic assumes this would apply to Top Earning. (Correct me if I am wrong here!)
Are you in the PlayFab program? If so, I would check out your revenue statistics via that or the XML that roblox provides. You may have a majority of revenue coming from Mobile devices.
Yes I believe the sorts are per platform. But as stated, not only has that game been in a consistent position for over year on the Web UI (PC) sort, it also has substantially higher revenue from PC than another of our games that does show up in the Web UI sort.
