A couple days ago, I noticed that my game, which falls under an ‘Incremental Simulator’, was changed to simply ‘Simulation’. I don’t know if this qualfiies as a bug, but I tried to contact Roblox Support as the documentation says to do, but I was routed to an AI chatbot.

Hi, looks like on 6/14/2026 you (or someone else who can edit the game) picked “Simulation” as the Genre and “None” as the subgenre in Creator Hub. That’s why it just shows “Simulation”, I don’t see any record that it was set to “Incremental Simulator”. You’ll be able to select a new genre after 90 days, so in September.
