Recently I was falsely terminated, but was reinstated in about an hour.
However, because of this my communities were locked for a bit and I ended up having to contact support to get them back up and running.
After they were made available again, the games under one of the communities were publicly playable for a while, albeit very bugged as certain assets were not loading for some reason.
After a while, suddenly NOBODY was able to access the games except for developers. Whenever someone outside of the development team would try, the game’s page just says “Content not accessible” and only gives the options to go to the “Charts” page.
I’ve checked already and both games are set to Public, with an age rating of Mild or 16+.
I attempted to reply to the ticket relating to the reinstating of my groups but received no responses after 24 hours. I’m aware that 24 hours is a short time frame, however I am attempting to get my games back up as quickly as possible because of complaints.
Expected behavior
All of my games should be in working order once my communities were reinstated.
