Cafe Rules

Always be wearing the Employee uniform with appropriate accessories.

Always act professional and mature while making sure to have a good standard of English grammar.

Make sure all commands are used in the command panel, you can access this by clicking “@”.

Make sure to be in almost all busy areas, if you’re by yourself use the :view command to make sure everyone is doing their required tasks and not breaking any Guest rules.

If you’re in need of an SHR or a Customer is, use the :pm command and wait for a response from the SHR+.

Don’t be rude, even if the Staff member is in the wrong if you have a problem Direct Message an SHR+.

Commands
Please make sure you only use commands when necessary, using commands when they’re not necessary may lead in a warning/strike.
Rule-breaking punishments (For Guests)
Trolling - If a Guest is trolling they should get a warning, after that, if they proceed you say ‘:kick [USERNAME] You have been kicked due to trolling if you proceed, you will be banned from the server.’
If they come back to the server and decide to proceed to troll you say ’ :ban [USERNAME] You have been banned due to repeatedly trolling.’
Abusing capital letters - If a Guest is doing this action you must inform them to refrain if they don’t you must warn them, once they’ve been given 3 warnings they should be banned from the server. Say ’ :ban [USERNAME] You have been banned due to repeatedly abusing capital letters.’
