Gemacha is a modernized Japanese tea house based in Okinawa, Japan. Specializing in our wide variety of tea selections and baked goods, our mission is to offer players an interactive and captivating experience that stands apart from the rest, characterized by a unique and innovative environment. Rank Information
Listed below contains information regarding each group rank. When becoming an employee within Gemacha, it is helpful to be aware of each rank and their responsibilities.
Low Ranks
Low Ranks consist from Junior Brewer to Master Brewer. The main duties of a Low Rank within Gemacha is to serve customers food and drinks at the Teahouse. Master Brewer’s are eligible of being recommended for a promotion to Teahouse Assistant.
Middle Ranks
Middle ranks, or management ranks are responsible for helping with group operations. Middle Ranks will train lower ranks at our Training Center, supervise the teahouse, and answer any questions you may have regarding the group.
High Ranks
High Ranks play an important role in Gemacha as they work to keep the group running smoothly. High Ranks consist of Board of Executives to Executive Director. They work to manage departmental operations, where each member is assigned within either the Staffing or Relations department.
Leadership Team
The Leadership Team consists of the ranks Presidential Advisor, Vice President and President. The Leadership Team manages the group as a whole and oversees operations. They are the highest ranks within Gemacha.
Alliance Guide
Greetings, business partners! We are so pleased to know that you are interested in forming a partnership with Gemacha. We highly encourage you to review the further information listed below, as these are the primary sources for your benefit in forming a partnership with us. Prior to requesting an alliance with us, please ensure you meet our requirements listed below. If you do not meet our partnership requirements, you are welcome to submit an exception request. In order to submit an exception request, you are to open a “Relations Queries” ticket. Upon doing so, please wait for further instructions by a member of the Relations Department. In addition to exception requests, we also offer No-App Requests. This means, you can request to partner with us without filing an application. However, in order to request one of these, you MUST meet our requirements. If you do not meet our requirements, you must request for a partnership exception prior to requesting for a No-App. Affiliate Requirements:
- Minimum of [TBD] ROBLOX Group Members
- Minimum of [TBD] Discord Server Members
- Must have experiences released
- Doesn’t free rank or sell any positions with Administrative Permissions
- 2 or 3 Representatives On Your Behalf
Affiliate Application:
- List the name of your establishment, link your ROBLOX group & Discord Server.
- Briefly describe your establishment.
- How can both establishments mutually benefit via. a partnership?
- List the ROBLOX & Discord Usernames of your representatives.
In order to submit any of these requests, you are to open a “Relations Queries” ticket. Upon doing so, please notify us the purpose of the ticket. From there, a member of the Relations Department will guide you on the further steps. A member of the Relations Department will then create a poll and decide whether or not you passed your request. This can take between 24 to 72 hours.

At Gemacha, training sessions are held daily. Below contains information regarding the times each session is hosted. Remember to join the group and apply at the Quiz Center in order to be trained!

Teahouse Assistant Promotion Guide
Within this guide, you will find all important information in regard to stepping up your career for the opportunity to become a Teahouse Assistant. Those who are a Master Brewer automatically secure the chance of being recommended for a promotion. It is important to understand that this does not mean a promotion is guaranteed.
Promotion Requirements
- You must be over the age of 13 and have safechat disabled on your account.
- You must have a reputable image within other groups like Gemacha.
- Your Roblox account must be over 90 days old.
- You must be a verified member of our communications server.
In order to increase your chances of a promotion, below contains details on how you can easily become noticed by our Staffing Department.
Promotion Tips
- Consistent activity at the Teahouse. Aim for at least an hour every day to be noticed for your activity.
- Hinting for a promotion will only decrease your chances. This includes saying things like, “I really wish I was a Teahouse Assistant.”
- Display good leadership skills as well as a professional approach to your work and always be willing to help lower ranks!
