I’m excited to share a new plug & play resource I’ve just released: the General UI Kit, a complete and scalable UI framework you can drop straight into your Roblox projects.
🎬 Demo Video
See the General UI Kit in action above — everything is built with scalability and polish in mind.
…plus more screenshots (available in the link) showing different panels and states from the kit, so you can preview everything before purchasing.
The General UI Kit gives you a professional menu foundation out of the box.
Built for flexibility, scalability, and clean code architecture. Whether you’re building simulators, tycoons, RPGs, or any UI-heavy experience, this kit provides a strong, extendable base.
🏷️ Tag-based architecture (no fragile paths or hardcoded names)
Really cool, Love the idea and the framework, But i personally think 19.99 USD is way too much.
UI’s like this are all over the toolbox and if you know how to edit these, Its very easy to acomplish this type of UI.
Not saying your effort is not worth it, I would just lower the price a bit.
i ALSO have to say, That i love your videos and content lol, Although i speak spanish, I cant speak it on the forum because otherwise my post could get deleted.
Thanks for the feedback! What price would you consider reasonable?
I was thinking $19.99 USD would be fair, since I’ve seen icon packs sold at that price and those only include icons, without any scripts or frameworks.
Why though? This is a resource made exclusively for Roblox Studio developers, just like paid plugins.
And thanks for sharing your thoughts on the price, I appreciate the feedback.
Hmm… that seems like a reasonable price.
Someone else suggested $9.99, but since what I’m offering is a full framework (not just a template) I think setting it at $12.99 would be fair.
Yep, You got it, I also suggest showcasing a little documentation on how it works, How to use it and some live demonstrations of it, But with the reduced price its 100% better anyway.
Honestly Valen, your work doesn’t deserve to be discounted.
People don’t really go deep when evaluating systems like this — they just glance and move on.
For the end user, $12 vs $20 doesn’t change anything.
For you, it absolutely does.
This isn’t something you can realistically replicate from the toolbox. Yeah, you can grab assets, but connecting everything cleanly would take ages and you’d end up with a Frankenstein of mismatched styles and logic.
Your module already has everything wired together properly, and that’s the real value here.
Wow, I honestly didn’t expect such kind words. Thank you, I truly appreciate it.
I’m more than happy to offer the kit for $12.99. At the end of the day, I care more about making it accessible to as many people as possible than maximizing profit (although making it completely free probably wouldn’t be the smartest decision ).
P.S. What was up with that guy who said you were my alt account?
I would have supported and loved this if it had an actual good steam game’s design with animations using fusion, roact of even vanilla luau; but guess what it’s a simulator, kids design that most simulators/roleplay games use.
Overprice corporate slop that makes me want to become blind
Literally little timmy can make a better UI
There is literally nothing in it, basic knowledge of UI.
There are plugins that do impressive things for free and now here is that.
Shame.
I don’t think little timmy (nor you) fully understand what a framework actually is.
It’s not about the icons, images, or visual design.
What I’m offering is a complete solution for developers who don’t want to spend valuable development time building UI/UX from scratch.
There’s no point in criticizing a product without fully understanding what it provides. XOXO
That’s actually an interesting point. The target audience for this kit is beginner developers who want to skip the UI part and focus on building their core systems.
That said, I’d love to create a more advanced version with Fusion integration, I’m just not sure how much demand there would be for it.
This is just Frame with a 0,0 anchor point being told to follow the mouse when it hovers over a button; by all means, considering it a framework would be a great exaggeration.
I’ve published multiple optimization breakdowns and benchmarks on this topic, so I’m not speaking from zero experience.
That’s a generic UX used in almost every simulator; everyone already can have it for free by just taking inspiration from dozens of games, and the UI is not even original, and this post looks very LLM-written, most likely just like your code, which raises concerns about optimization.
So you admit to parasitizing on a beginner’s incompetence? That doesn’t place you in a good light, you know.
Fusion slop in big 26?
Rip performance even further
