GENHWA is a restaurant based in Seoul, the heart of South Korea. Our main aim is to provide our customers with an experience that sets us apart from any other restaurant environment through our customer service, diverse menu and immersive dining experience.

👔 Rank Information

Begin familiarizing yourself with GENHWA’s operations by understanding our rank structure below. While there are rank limits beginning at Supervisor, these remain confidential.

Leadership Team | The Leadership Team consists of ranks from Vice President to Owner. This team manages GENHWA’s large-scale operations and the Executive Team. They are the highest ranking individuals within GENHWA and decisions made at this level are final. The Co Owner and Owner ranks are not attainable.

Development Team | The Development Team consists of ranks from Developer to Project Manager. Individuals in these ranks have no authority or verdict when it comes to internal (management/executive/leadership) matters or decisions that are not related to development. Individuals in these ranks solely maintain GENHWA’s games and systems. Therefore, please do not contact individuals in these ranks regarding appeals, promotions, consequences, etc.

Executive Team | The Executive Team consists of ranks from Board of Directors to Chief Administrative Officer. These individuals carry out and manage GENHWA’s departmental operations. Executives are evenly split into two departments, Staff Management and Public Relations, which are described below. Their duties mainly consist of partaking in the duties of their desired department.

  • The Staff Management Department is in charge of all employment matters at GENHWA. From managing our staff operations to supervising activity and consequences, the department is the first point of contact for any inquiries regarding our Management Team. Their work supports the group’s growth while maintaining a compliant and engaging work environment.
  • The Public Relations Department is in charge of all events and social outreach matters at GENHWA. From managing our affiliates to creating social media content, the department is the first point of contact for any inquiries regarding our public image. Their work supports the group’s growth while maintaining a strong and positive reputation.

Management Team | The Management Team consists of ranks from Supervisor to Coordinator. These ranks manage shifts and are responsible for supervising the restaurant. They make sure all GENHWA’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

🤝 Partnership Information

The Public Relations Department would like to thank you for your interest in forming a partnership with us. Here at GENHWA, we highly value the relationships we form with other like-minded groups on the Roblox platform. Our goal is to create lasting and impactful affiliations that are mutually beneficial to both groups with sincerity. In this section, you will find all of the necessary information to form a partnership with us, as well as the expectations your group will be held to if our communities commit to an official partnership.

Prerequisites

  • Your group must have 4,000 group members and 500 Discord server members.
  • Your group must follow a business concept (café, restaurant, hotel, etc). Military and school groups will not be considered.
  • Your group must not sell ranks with administrative privileges.
  • Your group must have a positive reputation within the Roblox community.
  • Your group must maintain consistent activity in your group games.
  • Your group must be willing to announce our events and host events with us.
  • Your group must provide a minimum of two representatives.

Questionnaire

  1. Provide the link to your group and a permanent invite link to your Discord server.
  2. Why is your group seeking to form a partnership with GENHWA?
  3. How would your group benefit GENHWA?
  4. Please provide the contact information of two individuals who will represent your group.
  5. Do you understand that GENHWA reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any point for any reason we deem acceptable?

Please submit your application as a Google Doc to a member of the Public Relations Department. We will contact your designated representatives with the results within 72 hours. Do not hesitate to contact our Public Relations Department with any questions or concerns about the process.

If you are looking to appeal a certain kind of punishment, please review the information below.

  • Discord Ban: Once 30 days have passed since you were banned, get in touch with any member of the Public Relations Department to begin the appeal process.
  • Roblox PBan: Once 30 days have passed since you were banned, get in touch with any member of the Public Relations Department to begin the appeal process.
  • Warnings/Demotions/Terminations/Blacklists: These decisions are final and cannot be appealed or reversed under any circumstances.
